Buy Deckle, use it properly, and if it isn't right for you, ask for your money back.
If Deckle isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase date and we'll refund the full amount you paid. No reason required, and nothing to justify.
Orders containing two or more licences can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, less a 5% processing fee. You get 95% of what you paid, because the payment processor's fees on a larger order aren't returned to us.
Bulk refunds apply to the order as a whole. We can't refund individual licences inside a multi-licence order, whether or not they have been activated.
Requests made more than 30 days after purchase fall outside this policy. Exceptional circumstances do come up, so write to us anyway and we'll look at it.
Email hello@deckle.studio from the address you used at checkout, with your order number if you have it. Refunds are usually processed within a few business days, and your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Your licence is deactivated when the refund is issued, and your projects stay yours: they're files on your own machine and nothing is taken away.
