Deckle runs on your computer, so most of the answers here are "we don't have it".
Projects are folders on your own computer. The app works with no connection at all, apart from checking your licence and looking for updates.
To send your licence key and receipt, to keep your licence working across your devices, to answer your emails, and to tell you when there's an update or something that affects your purchase. That's the lot.
The website uses the cookies it needs to keep a purchase working, and an affiliate cookie so that a reviewer who recommended Deckle gets credited when you buy. The app itself uses none.
Order and licence records are kept while your licence exists, and as long as tax rules require. Emails are kept so we have context next time you write.
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@deckle.studio and we'll do it. Deleting your account data means we can no longer support your licence, so we'll say so before we act.
There is no AI in Deckle, and nothing you write is sent anywhere to train anything. Not now, and not later without you choosing it.
